Cert2Pass is a West End of Glasgow based driving school which required a new web design to update their old unresponsive site which also contained outdated Flash videos.

The design features a close-up view of this driving school’s rooftop advertising which required some Photoshop editing to look good on the site.

I also featured client comments gathered from Facebook on several pages to highlight this West End of Glasgow business successes.

Geneva Trade Ltd are a Scrap metal business based in London.

A simple but professional 3 page design was requested by my client. Through mainly using Adobe Dreamweaver and utilising html5 and CSS3 I managed to create a website which met the requirements.

I chose an appropriate photograph from Adobe Stock for the main hero image.

The site is fully fast loading, responsive and colour co-ordinated to the logo.

R & R Builders based in Glasgow cover all aspects of the building trade including roofing, wall repairs, stone and brick work, chimneys and roughcasting. They are a Family run business serving North & South Lanarkshire since 1984.

Website Design

Using Adobe Dreamweaver to create a responsive web design for optimal viewing on Smartphone, Tablet and PC.
I used a blue and grey colour scheme combined with bright colourful photographs to represent the work carried out by the builders.

JWD Roofing are a young vibrant Scottish roofing company committed to providing the best quality of building and roofing work to all our customers. JWD has over 20 years experience specialising in all types of roofing, roughcasting and restoration work.

The design

I designed the website based on their logo colour scheme. They also required a responsive design to look good and functional on Smartphones.

They had a selection of their own photographs from work carried out on roofs, sandstone restoration, roughcasting and various building work. I created a slideshow for the gallery page to showcase the best of the work.

JSM Logistics provide quality freight forwarding services at competitive rates across the UK. Glasgow based JSM have a wealth of experience to make handling your road haulage and distribution issues a smooth process.

I created a demo for the look and design of the website using the handy tool from Adobe called Comp which I have installed on my iPad.

Once the design was approved I switched to Adobe Dreamweaver to create an HTML5 and CSS3 website which is quick loading and responsive.

Accessibility

To help with accessibility I added appropriate ‘Alt text’ to all the images. I also made sure that colours and writing were clear to view and the design was easy to navigate.

Main aims of organisation – Progression of society and community development by connecting the world using Art, Craft, Design, Heritage/history.

This website required large landscape photographs to fill the main slideshow. To go with the JOM Charity logo I added in purple and red to the website navigation to keep with the colourful theme.

My client has full control of all content on the website and has filled the pages with their own copy and images.
